Multipurpose 2.375 inch diameter dovetail plate.
Dovetail plate allow user to mount their tripod head to any Arca-Swiss style clamp. The round dovetail plate will contour the base of either a ballhead or gimbal head. Dovetail plate mounted to a base allows for a quickly change of tripod heads when working with different heads on multiple tripods and monopods .

I recently purchased two of these dovetail adapters to allow me to switch between a ball head and gimbal on my tripod. These are extremely well-made, and are fairly priced compared to the competition.
