Rail incorporates a double-dovetail Hole in front for lens support or other accessories. (1/4-20 tap hole) Two safety stops. This prevents free fall when the clamp is not fully closed. (M3 screws). Precision C.N.C. machined from 6061-T6 Aluminium. Compatible with Kirk, R.R.S. and many other Arca style Quick release plates and clamps. Stainless steel hardware. Made in USA. Black hard coat anodized surface. The screw will be about 0.3 inches above the plate surface. If you are planning on using a plate with a blind hole, please check the depth of it.
