Lens Foot incorporate Quick Detach socket to attached a standard push-button QD mount. Use the QD socket to attached a standard push-button QD mount. QD system has been used for years by industries around the world including NASA, law enforcement and military agencies. The design inhibits accidental removal, especially when the camera is hanging from the strap. Attach your favorite strap to the clamp, then mount the clamp to any of Arca Type plates , L brackets or Foot Replacements. Straps are available at eBay, Amazon, Cabala's, Bass Pro and other stores with sporting fishing and military equipment. My favorite strap is Black Rapid.
The DCLS-1 quick release lens support add on set for lens foot is design to be used in conjunction with arca type lens foot mounted to lens.
By using the DCLS-1 lens support the lens movement are reduced when loosening the lens collar to rotate the lens and stabilizes the front of the lens.. Bracket can be mounted on either side of lens foot if foot ie equipped with dual side mounting option. If you are mounting it from bottom side you need to remove stop screw from lens foot. Roller bearing bracket position can be adjusted up to 1.4 inch from lens foot
Installation Instruction:

1)Slide the SFR003 Lens Foot onto the lens and attach it to a lens using the enclosed 1/4-20 screw. 2. Drive the screw in until you first meet resistance, then turn it about 30° farther to establish appropriate, but not excessive torque. Do not over tighten. 3. Tighten the side set screw, then turn it about 30° farther to establish appropriate, but not excessive torque. Do not over tighten.
