Installation Instructions:
To remove your original factory foot, use the included M3 hex key tool that accompanies the H118 to completely extract the four Canon mounting screws.

• IS Version II: Use the four screws provided with the H118 to firmly secure the replacement foot to the lens collar.
• IS Version I: Please use your original mounting screws from the existing Canon foot.

Check the tightness of your components periodically. For long-term security in rugged outdoor conditions, consider applying a drop of Loctite 242 removable threadlocker to the screws.
